Please circle all the course numbers on the back of the registration sheet for which you wish to register. Fill in your name, address, phone numbers and e-mail address.  YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS IS USED AS YOUR METHOD OF GAINING ACCESS TO YOUR COURSE SELECTIONS, SO PLEASE WRITE IT VERY CLEARLY ON YOUR REGISTRATION FORM.

CANCELLATION & COURSE CHANGE POLICY

There is no charge for changing or canceling a course, but since our “Inter Active” on line classes, include textbooks, there will be a book charge.  Your textbooks are mailed to you, when you register. For a cancelation, the book cost will be deducted from your refund. For a change, you are responsible for the book cost of the course you canceled.
